Director of IT Recruiting, Monty brings 15+ years of Information Technology and Project Management experience working for Fortune 50 companies. A certified PMP skilled in orchestrating large-scale software projects with proficient knowledge in utilizing IT methodologies lends to vetting out the best candidates for our wide range of clients. From his years developing executive management, technical, and client relationships, to programming and managing international teams, his excellent leadership and communication skills foster great client relationships based on trust and integrity. Born and raised in New York, Monty’s compassionate nature has led him in helping aspiring project management professionals earn certification by facilitating project management study groups. He also helps develop the next generation of young adults by coaching high school softball and assisting them in their quest of playing collegiate softball. His pay it forward attitude along with his vast experience results in win\win situations for both clients and candidates.

Laura brings nearly 25 years of accounting experience. Much of her corporate accounting background has been spent in the retail, technology, and hospitality industries, and in addition she owns and runs Home Tax Prep, a local tax preparation office. Laura spent 17 years in Atlanta, GA, before moving to Phoenix 8 years ago. Some of her previous employers include Hayes Microcomputer Products, The Original Honeybaked Ham Company, Sun Trust Capital Markets, Concessions International, and Resources Global Professionals. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University, as well as a current CPA license.

A Jr. IT Recruiter, Cristal brings energy, focus, and a commitment to matching candidates with opportunities.  With a background in service-related industries, Cristal has a natural talent for connecting with people as she sources, interviews, preps and negotiates with professionals on both sides of the desk. Unafraid of the challenges and unwilling to give up, Cristal goes the extra mile and comes up with creative alternatives and innovative solutions to the obstacles that are innate in the recruiting process.

A former elite swimmer, Jesper brings discipline, time management, and a fiercely competitive spirit to his role as Executive Recruiter. With a primary focus on sales positions, Jesper worked in direct sales prior to joining the Career Evolutions Recruitment Team. He has a Degree in Business Communications with an International Business Certificate, and a minor in Economics. A member of the Swedish national team in Shenzhen, China for World University Games, Jesper was also a leader on the Arizona State men´s swimming team for four years, serving as Team Captain his senior year. He was named Rookie of the Year as a Freshman, and was voted Most Valuable Swimmer three years in a row. Jesper is fluent in both Swedish and English.
